Additional funding is awarded based on the highest overall viewership level achieved by your coaches and parents during the first two weeks.

60% Viewership = +$500

70% Viewership = +$800

80% Viewership = +$1,150

90% Viewership = +$1,500

This structure rewards organizations that encourage coach and parent participation in the introductory experience.

📌 Head Coach Incentive Opportunity
Head Coaches are also eligible to receive up to $500 in additional compensation for each team they lead based on coach participation and parent participation within their teams.

Coach incentives are funded separately and do not reduce your organization's grant funding.

📌 Additional Funding Opportunity

Organizations that demonstrate strong participation may be considered for additional private funding following a 90–120 day review period, up to the Year 1 maximum of $5,000.

1. Complete the Grant Application

The application takes about 10 minutes to complete and helps determine if your organization is a strong fit for this opportunity.

2. Alignment Conversation

Selected organizations are invited to a brief phone or video conversation with our team to ensure alignment around total development and philosophy.

3. Get Selected

Organizations that demonstrate strong alignment are selected to receive a Private Partnership Grant.

4. Receive Support

✔ Initial funding is provided directly to your organization.
✔ In addition, all coaches and staff receive fully funded Coaches Training Lab access.

✔ Scholarship-supported access is made available for parent and athlete training.

5. Coaches Training

Coaches are introduced to a short, interactive development video on "Getting the Most Out of Today's Athletes".
Afterward, coaches can opt in to the Coaches Training Lab at no cost to them or your organization. ($480 value per coach)

6. Onboard Parents

Parents are introduced to a short, interactive, 25-minute development video on

"Closing the Gap Between Potential and Performance."

7. Optional Participation

Parents can opt in to receive a 50% scholarship for ongoing access to The CHAMP Factor Training Lab.

8. Grow Impact

Organizations may qualify for additional cash grant funding after a 90–120 day review of participation, up to the Year 1 maximum of $5,000.

9. Impact Review
At the conclusion of the grant period, organizations complete a brief review summarizing how the grant impacted their organization and the difference it made for athletes, coaches, and families.

10. Year 2 Funding Opportunity

Organizations that demonstrate strong engagement may be considered for additional of grant funding in Year 2, starting at a minimum of $10,000.
