These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of TheChampFactor.com, The CHAMP Training Lab, and related websites, online services, content, forms, resources, and digital experiences provided by The CHAMP Factor.

The CHAMP Factor is a nonprofit outreach program of Inner CHAMP Association Network.

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

1. The CHAMP Factor

The CHAMP Factor provides educational and personal-development resources through The CHAMP Factor System and The CHAMP Training Lab.

The CHAMP Factor System is an Identity Analytics and Conditioning system designed to help people understand, analyze, strengthen, balance, and condition how they show up from moment to moment.

The CHAMP Training Lab is the online environment where the system is taught, practiced, reinforced, and applied.

2. Eligibility and Minors

Some portions of the Website may be viewed without creating an account.

Certain Services may require registration, participation through an approved organization, or involvement from a parent or legal guardian.

Users under 18 should involve a parent or legal guardian when required to register, make a payment, enter into an agreement, or provide consent.

Children under 13 may not independently create an account or submit personal information unless participation occurs through a parent-, guardian-, school-, or organization-approved process that satisfies applicable law.

Payment information must be provided by an adult or with the authorization of an adult legally permitted to provide it.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you agree to:

Accounts and Training Lab access are intended for the individual or individuals authorized under the applicable membership, license, partnership, or access arrangement.

4. Organizational Partnerships

Youth sports organizations, college athletic programs, schools, teams, clubs, and other organizations may receive access through separate partnership, licensing, grant, or participation agreements.

Those agreements may contain additional terms regarding:

If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these general Terms of Use, the signed agreement controls for the matters it specifically governs.

5. Purchases, Memberships, and Payments

Certain Services or access options may require payment.

Prices, payment schedules, renewal terms, and included Services will be shown before you complete a purchase or registration.

By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide according to the terms shown at checkout.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. The CHAMP Factor does not receive or store your complete payment-card or banking information.

If access renews automatically, the renewal terms will be shown before purchase. You may cancel future renewal according to the cancellation terms provided with your purchase.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the specific Service, membership, partnership, purchase, or agreement.

Any cancellation, refund, guarantee, or renewal terms shown at checkout or included in a separate agreement will control.

Unless otherwise stated, payments already made are nonrefundable except where required by law, where a specific guarantee applies, or where The CHAMP Factor determines that a refund is appropriate.

Canceling an automatically renewing membership stops future renewal charges but does not automatically create a refund for payments already made.

7. Donations

The CHAMP Factor may accept voluntary donations or other charitable support.

Donations are separate from purchases of Services unless expressly stated otherwise.

Donations are generally nonrefundable except in cases of processing error, unauthorized transaction, or where otherwise required by law.

Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as tax, legal, or financial advice regarding the deductibility or treatment of a contribution.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and Services, including their content, systems, methodologies, names, trademarks, graphics, videos, audio, worksheets, models, frameworks, diagrams, tools, techniques, questions, language structures, Training Lab materials, and other resources, are owned by or licensed to The CHAMP Factor or Inner CHAMP Association Network.

Other CHAMP Factor content and resources

Access to the Website or Training Lab gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use authorized content for its intended educational and personal-development purpose.

Unless we give you written permission, you may not:

Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the content.

Sell, sublicense, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit the content.

Record or redistribute protected Training Lab materials.

Create competing courses, systems, products, or services substantially derived from protected CHAMP Factor materials.

Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices.

Scrape, systematically extract, or compile protected content.

Use protected materials to train, fine-tune, or build an artificial-intelligence model, dataset, or automated knowledge product.

Provide unauthorized access to another person.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be restricted, including applicable lawful exceptions to copyright protection.

9. Trademarks

The CHAMP Factor name, logos, branding, program names, and related marks may be trademarks or service marks of The CHAMP Factor, Inner CHAMP Association Network, or their licensors.

Nothing on the Website grants permission to use those marks except as expressly authorized in writing.

10. Submitted Questions, Scenarios, and Other Content

The CHAMP Factor may invite athletes, parents, coaches, organizations, or other participants to submit questions, experiences, scenarios, feedback, or other content.

Do not submit information that you do not have the right to share.

When describing another person's experience, avoid including unnecessary identifying, confidential, medical, financial, educational, or other sensitive information.

By voluntarily submitting a question, scenario, experience, or similar material for educational consideration, you give The CHAMP Factor permission to review, edit, summarize, anonymize, adapt, discuss, and use the material for educational, training, coaching, and program-development purposes.

Where a submission is described as anonymous, The CHAMP Factor will use reasonable efforts to remove or avoid personally identifying information when presenting that submission publicly or to other participants.

You retain ownership of original content you submit, subject to the permission granted above.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website or Services to:

Violate any law or regulation.

Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or impersonate another person.

Submit unlawful, discriminatory, obscene, or intentionally harmful material.

Upload malware, malicious code, or other harmful technology.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Website or Training Lab.

12. Educational Scope and Professional Services

The CHAMP Factor provides education, coaching, personal development, and Identity Analytics and Conditioning.

It does not replace professional services that may be appropriate in a particular situation, including:

Mental-health diagnosis or treatment

Counseling or psychotherapy

Sports psychology

Legal advice

Financial advice

Crisis intervention

Emergency services

The CHAMP Factor may complement coaches, mental performance professionals, sports psychologists, counselors, therapists, athletic trainers, academic-support professionals, player-development professionals, and other qualified providers.

If professional or emergency assistance is needed, users should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified provider.

13. No Guarantee of Outcomes

The CHAMP Factor is designed to help people better understand their moments, analyze how they are showing up, and intentionally strengthen and condition their identity and Gameplay.

Individual outcomes depend on many factors, including circumstances outside a person's control.

We do not guarantee:

Athletic performance

Wins or competitive results

Scholarships

Recruiting outcomes

Academic outcomes

Financial outcomes

Fundraising results

Behavioral outcomes

Relationship outcomes

Emotional outcomes

Any specific personal or professional result

Examples, testimonials, stories, and illustrations describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will receive the same result.

Any specific written guarantee included in a separate partnership or purchase agreement is governed by the terms of that guarantee.

The Website and Services may use or link to third-party platforms and providers, including services for:

Where a separately signed agreement governs a specific relationship or Service, that agreement controls to the extent of any direct conflict.
